Steven Paul Stahl of Kingwood, Texas died May 22, 2012 at home. Steve was born on September 15, 1940 and grew up in Mason City, Iowa. He graduated from the Unites States Military Academy at West Point, New York in 1963. After six years in the military, he entered the business world and established his own insurance company. At age 36, Steve was called by God into the ordained ministry and served God and His church until his retirement. Steve is survived by his wife Gayle, his two daughters Suzanne Wells of Spring, Texas and Marlene Price of Flower Mound, Texas, and his four grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, June 2, 2012 at Grace Presbyterian Church, at 8989 Woodlands Parkway, The Woodlands, TX 77382. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to a .
