Family, friends mourn the loss of Stefon Brown, born September 15, 1937 , who passed away on October 21, 2024. He was born to the late Alma Fisher Brown and Stephen Ray Brown of Houston, Tx. He served as a custodial supervisor for many years at St Joseph Medical Center until his retirement.

Known for his kind heart and gentle spirit, Stefon will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his community and his passion for helping others. Stefon loved fishing and gardening. Throughout his life, Stefon touched the lives of many with his generosity and compassion.

Stefon was proceeded in death by his parents. His loving wife of 35 years Clarissa Brown and his Siblings Velma Brown-Conley and Richard Brown.

Those left to celebrate his life are his children Deborah Johnson of Clute, Tx. Charles Johnson (Sharon) of Houston, Tx and Patrick Culbert (Betty) of Lena, La as well as twelve grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

He will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Stefon leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will continue to inspire those he leaves behind. May he rest in peace.
