We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Sonja Sheffield on March 5, 2025, in Atlanta, Georgia. Sonja was born on August 14, 1971, to Eddie Lee Sheffield, Jr and Johnnie Mae Sheffield.
Sonja was a loving mother to her daughter Ronaysia Clark and a devoted grandmother to her three grandchildren. Marc S. Delma Jr, Markel C. Delma, Alaysia L. Clark and godson Jatavion Whitehead. She brought immense joy and laughter to their lives.
Sonja was a graduate of Fort Pierce Central High School class of 1989 and went on to further her education at Elon University. She had a passion for reading the bible and going to the beach.
Sonja will be remembered for her infectious smile and her kind heart. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
