Shirley L. DillerPort Huron Twp.Shirley L. Diller, 82, of Port Huron Twp., passed away on April 9, 2017 after a short illness with her family by her side.She was born on September 18, 1934 in Port Huron, daughter of the late Henry and Ida Langolf.Shirley was a 1967-1968 graduate of St. Clair County Community College from the LPN program and was a 30 year Port Huron Hospital employee. She took great pride in all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Shirley enjoyed working outside with her flowers.She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Richard (Jhonna) Diller of Las Vegas; son and daughter-in-law, Robin (Cindy) Diller of Casco Twp.; son and daughter-in-law, Jody (Annette) Diller of Illinois; daughter and son-in-law, Angela (William) Meeks 0f Clyde; son, Jeffrey Diller of St. Clair; 16 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; sister, Ruth DeJonge of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.Shirley was preceded in death by her daughter, Sherily Louise Diller in 1958; one brother and two sisters.Visitation hours will be held Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Jowett Funeral Home, 1634 Lapeer Ave., Port Huron.Private family committal services will take place.Inurnment will be in Lakeside Cemetery.Memorial tributes may be made to the Wishes of the Family or Blue Water Hospice.To view obituary and share memories visit www.jowetttfuneraldirectors.com
