Sheila Livingston BaileyBOSSIER CITY, LA - Sheila Livingston Bailey was born on June 16, 1962, in Shreveport, LA. She went to be with the Lord on October 22, 2016, at Willis-Knighton North Medical Center in Shreveport, LA after a lengthy illness.Sheila was a native of Bossier City, LA and graduated from Richardson High School in Richardson, TX in 1980. She worked at New Horizons in Shreveport, LA as a bookkeeper and testing administrator for 19 years and received her certification as a Notary Public in 2004.Sheila married the love of her life on September 12, 1981. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, and mother to her two children. She was a proud Mamaw to her four grandchildren and loved by countless friends and family. Sheila was a devoted Christian that lived her life through God, family, and friends.Preceding Sheila in death are her maternal grandparents, Pat and Connie Wilkins; and her paternal grandfather, M.S. Livingston. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Roland T. Bailey; son, Warren T. Bailey and spouse Lisa; daughter, Brooke Tingle and husband Jeremy; four grandchildren, Saige, Shelbi, Avery, and Jaxon; grandmother, Warney Livingston; father, Jerry Livingston and wife Evelyn; mother, Shecelia Hall; mother-in-law, Shirley Bailey; brother, Troy Livingston and wife Mary; sister, Shannon Livingston; aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.Visitation will be held on Thursday evening, October 27, 2016, from 6-8 p.m. at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 28, 2016, at First Baptist Church of Haughton, followed by interment in Haughton Cemetery.Pallbearers will be Vance Robertson, Walter Davis, Paul Metts, Roman Ochill, Justin Webb, and P.W.
