We are saddened to announce the passing of Sheila Wilson, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, who passed away on February 8, 2025 in Greenville, South Carolina.

Sheila was born on September 11, 1952 to Philip Rose and Burnette Wilson in Greenville, South Carolina. She is survived by her loving daughter, Marzetta Wilson, and her spouse Tyrone Byers. Sheila also leaves behind three cherished grandchildren.

Sheila attended Thomas Jefferson High School, graduating in 1970. After high school, she pursued further education at Phoenix University, graduating in 2007. Throughout her life, Sheila held various jobs, including a 30-year career as a dispatcher. She later transitioned into a sales representative role at Walmart and eventually became an equality control expert in a federal trade zone facility before retiring in 2018. In retirement, Sheila dedicated her time to serving at a local soup kitchen organization.

Sheila had many hobbies, including being an avid book reader and playing video games with her grandchildren. She will be remembered for her kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for her family.

Sheila will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
