With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Shawn Toomer on September 24, 2024, at the age of 35 in Durham, North Carolina. Born on December 9, 1988, Shawn was known for his kind heart and infectious laughter. He had a passion for music and could often be found playing his guitar or singing at local venues. Shawn had a way of making everyone around him feel uplifted and loved. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace, forever cherished in our memories.
