Shawn Johnson Sr, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on March 4, 2026, at the age of 56.

He was born on February 23, 1970, and was known for his love of cooking, playing basketball, going to church, spending time with his family, and hitting the lanes for a round of bowling.

Shawn was a proud graduate of Polytechnic High School and went on to become a loving father to his five children - Shawn Jr, Destoney, Isaiah, Xavier, and Shaterri. He also had the joy of being a grandfather to two grandchildren.

Shawn will be remembered for his infectious laughter, kind heart, and unwavering dedication to his family. May he rest in peace as he continues to watch over his loved ones from above.
