Sharon Prothro of Ridgecrest, California, passed away on October 2, 2025, at the age of 59. She was born on July 7, 1966, to Zebedee and Freddie Mae Adair.

Sharon married the love of her life, Fritz Prothro, in 27, and they shared a beautiful life together with their two children, Latanisha and Latrisha.

Sharon was a dedicated Registered Nurse who touched the lives of many before retiring in 2003. She studied at Burroughs High School, graduating in 1981, and went on to graduate from Cerro Coso Community College in 1987.

One of Sharon's favorite pastimes was working in her yard during the summertime, tending to her plants and flowers with love and care.

She is survived by her loving family, including her children, and her six grandchildren. Her kind spirit, warm heart, and wonderful sense of humor will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Sharon Prothro will be remembered fondly and missed dearly by her family and friends. May she rest in peace.
