It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Seamana Sialue Fanuoanagatui Tuitupou, who was born on July 6, 1926, and passed away on November 16, 2025, in San Diego, California, United States. Seamana was the beloved daughter of Fai and Leave Tuitupou, and the loving spouse of Tafuna Tuitupou since their marriage in 1957.
Seamana was a devoted mother to her nine children: Fau, Tuliaepa, Moaga, Seu, Finuta, Sasa Faletua, Gatoa Manu, Sisiapi Siaosi, and Mula’ata. She also leaves behind ten cherished grandchildren.
Seamana pursued her education at Fale Tasimuli Siaosi High School, graduating in 1944, and continued her studies at Fuau Talani, where she graduated in 1952. She dedicated many years of her life to her work at Washington Work Center and retired in 2023.
Seamana was a dedicated member of the Salvation Army organization and was recognized for her service with 12 awards. In her free time, she enjoyed Samoan singing and knitting.
The cause of Seamana’s passing was old age. Her memory will forever be cherished by her family and friends, who will remember her kind and loving spirit.
