Scotty McElwee , 41, passed on February 02, 2021. He was born to Rickey S, McELWEE and Sherry Louise in Rome, Georgia on May 30, 1979.

Together they raised 2 children Steven McELWEE, Scotty McELWEE. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.

Scotty graduated from PEPPERELL HIGH.
