Scharlene Smith of Jenison, Michigan, passed away on August 6, 2024, at the age of 74. Born on October 25, 1949, Scharlene lived a vibrant life filled with love and laughter.
She is survived by her four children: Michelle Chapin Wagner, Ryan Chapin, Beckie Chapin, and Brandee Smith. Scharlene adored her ten grandchildren, who brought endless joy and happiness into her life.
Scharlene had a talent for cooking and could whip up delicious meals that brought the whole family together. Her kitchen was always filled with the aromas of her favorite recipes, and she was known for her famous chocolate chip cookies.
Although she may be gone, Scharlene will always be remembered for her warm smile, infectious laugh, and unwavering love for her family. Rest in peace, Scharlene, you will be deeply missed.
