Sarah J. Miner JacksonOceanMrs. Sarah J. Miner Jackson residing in Ocean, New Jersey was called home to Glory by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on May 28, 2017. Mrs. Jackson formerly resided in Tinton Falls, (Pine Brook), New Jersey. Sarah was born on January 15, 1926 in Neptune, New Jersey to Sarah J. Moses Miner and Walter J. Miner. Sarah graduated from Neptune High School class of 1944.Sarah is survived by her devoted and loving Sister Ruth Miner Douglas (NC), seven children, Janece Brooks (NY), Oliver D. Jackson Jr. (NJ), Phyllis Jackson( PA), Gregory Jackson ( CA), Cynthia Jackson ( GA), Walter Jackson(NJ) and Charlene Robinson (Todd Robinson) ( IN). She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Oliver D. Jackson Sr. (2011), her beloved daughter Leslie Watson (1999), her beloved grandson Benton Burdin Jr. (2008), her sister Harriette Boone(2005) and her brother George Miner(2002).Mrs. Jackson also leaves to cherish her memory 15 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
