Sandra S. SidellRICHMOND, Ind. - Sandra S. Sidell, age 68, of Richmond, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at Wishard Memorial Hospital in Indianapolis.She was born on Feb. 25, 1943, in Connersville, Ind., to Joseph and Mable Rinehart Guthrie.Sandy had attended Connersville High School and graduated in 1983 from Indiana University School of Nursing. She attended the First Presbyterian Church in Richmond. Sandy was a longtime member of Mensa and loved to read, cook, watch cooking shows and cats. She worked at Stants for over 25 years before taking an early retirement and she was currently working as a clerk for the Division of Family Resources in Richmond.She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Samuel R. Sidell; two sons, James Wildridge Jr. and Jeffrey Wildridge, both of Richmond; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Juanita (Charlie) Roberts of Brookville; a brother, Thomas Guthrie of Goshen, Ind.; and many nieces and nephews.Sandy was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Mary Ann Sherwood and Debra Ray; and a sister-in-law, Louise Guthrie.Funeral services will be at noon on Monday, June 20, 2011, at Waskom Capitol Hill Chapel in Cambridge City with Rev. Dave Layman and Rev. Eric Sherwood officiating. Burial will follow in Zion's Lutheran Cemetery in Pershing.
