Herring, Sandra "Sandy" Jo 76, passed away Monday, June 13, 2016 in Orlando, FL. Sandra was born on February 24, 1940, to Wilbur and Dorothy Lyon in Omaha, NE, the oldest of two children. Sandra is survived by sons, Scott and Larry; daughters, Cheryl (Bruce) Gilchrist, Nanci (Steven) Herring and Marcia (Nick) Brown; 14 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wayne Herring; sister, Connie Rizzotto; and infant son, John Herring. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 25, at Central Community Church, 6100 W. Maple St., Wichita.
