Sandra Irene Smith, 74, passed on November 25, 2022 in her home in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on April 16, 1948.

She was married to her beloved husband Lewis Allen Smith whom died April 17,2011. Together they raised 2 children Jason Gerald Smith (Jolene D Brewer ), Gary Dwayne Smith. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren. Her 2 grandsons Jacob Taylor Smith and Jonathan Michael Smith. Her 1 granddaughter Jessica Ann Smith.

She was a very independent strong women loved her dogs most of all loved her interest in dolphins. Even tho she's no longer with us anymore shes reunited with her husband again. She will be loved and missed by all.
