Samuel Moe, 78Samuel LaVerne Moe, 78, passed away Monday, October 10, 2016 in Flippin, Arkansas. Samuel was born on November 3, 1937 in Stoughton, Wisconsin to Lars and Violet (Gilbertson) Moe. He was a farmer for most of his life. Samuel graduated from Stoughton Sr. High School class of 1955. In 1977 he married his late wife, Edythe Moe, in Stoughton, Wisconsin. In 1984 they moved and settled in Mountain View, Arkansas and later moved to Flippin, Arkansas. Samuel enjoyed fishing, carving and reading. He loved the Chicago Cubs and Green Bay Packers. Samuel is survived by one daughter, Yvonne Rawson of Mountain Home, Arkansas; one son, Scott Rawson of Barboo, Wisconsin; two granddaughters, Ashley Switzer (Bobby) of Newnata, Arkansas and Andrea Rawson of Colorado; many cousins and friends who loved him dearly.Samuel will be reunited with his parents; wife, Edythe Moe; other family and friends.Arrangements will be private by Conner Family Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
