We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of baby Samir Lynch, who left this world far too soon on July 19, 2024, in Silver Spring, Maryland. Born on May 3, 2023, Samir brought immense joy and hope to those around him during his short time on earth. His bright eyes and contagious laughter will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
