It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Samantha Nicole Ross of Baldwinsville, NY born in Rome NY, who passed away at the age of 40 on October 5, 2023.
She is survived by : her parents, Tim Ross and Michele Franklin; her sons, Noah and Carter Riggins; her step-mother Sarah Ross; and her siblings, Caitlin Robinson, Amber Ross and Christopher Ross.
