Samantha Eli, 15, of Kennewick, Washington, passed Monday, February 03, 2020. Samantha was born to Gilberto, and Nativia , September 25, 2004. She was a successful and loving daughter and sister. She loved reading and her siblings. She will be missed by many. Her memorial services are yet to be determined.
