Sam Bozo Smith, 76, passed away on Monday , February 10, 2020.
Born on September 30, 1944, he was the son of the late Samuel Smith and Dorothy Fox Smith.
He was a veteran of the US Army. He retired from the VA Medical Center.
He is survived by two daughters; Lemon Smith and Jeannie Smith ; three brothers, Edward Smith, James Smith, and Sylvester Smith all of Martinsburg; three sisters, Dorothy Smith, Anna Smith and Claudia M. Smith all of Martinsburg; and grandchildren Tamika, Alyssa and Jaylynn Smith, and Tatiana Bonilla
