Ryan D. CoulterCARENCRO - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, July 7, 2017 at 10:00 AM in St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Carencro. Reverend Mark Ledoux, Pastor of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Carencro, will conduct the funeral services. Interment will be in St. Peter's Cemetery. Ryan D. Coulter, 34, of Scott, passed away on July 4, 2017 with his loving and devoted mother by his side at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Lafayette, Louisiana. On an Independence Day, that brought freedom like no other, Ryan was accepted into the arms of our Lord and Savior. He has been reunited with his maternal grandparents, Manual and Lelia Alleman and his paternal grandparents, Raymond and Vera Coulter. Ryan was born on January 19, 1983 in Lafayette. He was a graduate of Acadiana High School and Southwest Louisiana Community College. Ryan aspired to be a top notch machinist. He had a great passion for fishing, sports, and golf. Ryan's real love, however, was spending time with family and friends. Always willing to help anyone in need, Ryan's kindness and generosity was witnessed and appreciated by many. His journey and gentle spirit have touched an array of people, inspiring others to pay it forward. This is truly his legacy.Ryan is survived by his mother, Gloria Alleman Carson; his stepfather, Todd Carson; his father, Richard Coulter; his brothers, Michael and Mark Coulter; his uncles and aunts, Ray and Rose Crader, and Lou and Harry Bart; and his cousins who loved him like a brother. A Rosary will be recited on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 7PM in Martin & Castille's SCOTT Location. Visitation will begin on Thursday from 10AM to 10PM and will continue on Friday from 8:00 AM until time of services. Rejoice in your freedom sweet Ryan, as you live for an eternity in God's Kingdom.
