Ruth Rugg of San Augustine, Texas, passed away on December 28, 2024, at the age of 64. She was born on December 2, 1960, to her loving parents Paul Joseph and Sarah Elizabeth Sullivan.

Ruth is survived by her son, Zachary Henry, her brother James Sullivan and her niece Amanda Sullivan. Ruth had a passion for being around friends and family, always bringing laughter and joy wherever she went. She also enjoyed watching her favorite football team, the Philadelphia Eagles.

Although Ruth is no longer with us, her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Rest in peace, Ruth.
