Ruby Darmon, 57, of Dumfries, Virginia, passed on March 23, 2022. Ruby was born on January 03, 1965.

A friendly smile,

a casual touch,

these are things

that mean so much.

To know you are with us

in our time of sorrow,

sharing our prayers,

today and tomorrow. 

God gives us the comfort

in the form of good friends,

may His peace be with you,

His love never ends.

I’d like the memory of me

to be a happy one.

I’d like to leave an after glow

of smiles when life is done,

I’d like to leave an echo

whispering softly down the ways,

Of happy times and laughing

times and bright and

summer days.

I’d like the tears of those who

grieve, to dry before the sun,

Of happy memories that I leave

When life is done.
