It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ruben Rangel, 39, of San Pedro, California. Ruben was born on February 20, 1985, and departed from this world on November 30, 2024. He was known for his kindness, generosity, and infectious laugh that could light up any room. Ruben had a passion for life and lived each day to its fullest.
