Ruben Luna Jr, 46 of Neptune , NJ passed away suddenly at JSUMC . He was born in Neptune to the late Ruben Luna Sr and Della Y Luna. He was predeceased by his brother Anthony Ruffin and sister Brenda Ruffin and his cousin Mark Ruffin. Ruben graduated from Neptune HS , He was a longtime member and employee of Labor Union local 343 where he worked construction for over 20 years. Ruben made friends with everyone he met he had an infectious laugh that touched everyone around him. He was a die-hard 49er\'s fan and was the funniest person in the room. He had a smile that touched the hearts of everyone who knew him. He was a loving Father, Brother, Husband, Uncle and Friend. RTuben is survived by his wife Nadine Luna, His Chilkdren, Ruben (Christina) (Virginia Beach), Nikailah (Long Branch), Raamar, Rhi\'Zyah (North Carolina) His Loving Sisters Margaret Moore(Asbury Park) Barbara Norwood( Brick). Step-daughters Iyanna Neal, Amirah Morreale(Neptune). a host of Nieces and Great Nieces, Nephews and Great Nephews. Aunts and Uncles and many loving Cousins and an extended family and special friend Ann.
