Roy Perry Sr., 55, of Elizabethton, Tennessee, passed away on June 15, 2018. Born on July 28, 1962, Roy was a beloved member of the community. He was known for his kind heart and willingness to always lend a helping hand to those in need. Roy had a passion for the outdoors, spending his free time fishing and enjoying the beauty of nature.
