FORT RECOVERY — Rosemary Jean Kramer, "Rosie", 68, of Fort Recovery, Ohio, died on Dec. 5, 2016, after a four-year fight with lung cancer. Rosie was born on April 12, 1948 in Celina, Ohio, to the late Walter and Marie (Bihn) Kramer.
She was a 1966 graduate of Fort Recovery High School, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
Surviving are three children, Jeff (Dorrie) Sacksteder of Brookville, Ohio, Kim Sacksteder (Dan Downes) of Westerville, Ohio, Michele Sacksteder (Jon Witmer) of Venetia, Pennsylvania; six grandchildren, Keenan, Mackenzie, Kylee, Alyse, Vallan and Brinlee; and four siblings, Jerry (Mary Lou) Kramer of Fort Recovery, Ohio, Ann (Dave) Ahlers of Punta Gorda, Florida, Florine (George) Hamlin of Plain City, Ohio and Robert (DeLaine) Kramer of Huntington Beach, California.
Rosie was preceded in death by her brother, Jim Kramer and sister-in-law Niobe Kramer.
Friends and family are welcome to celebrate this amazing woman's life at a memorial gathering at the Fort Recovery Church of Christ, 501 S Wayne St, Fort Recovery, Ohio on Dec. 17. Calling hours are 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and 2 4 p.m.
