Rosa ShadwellOur Mom, Rosa Nell Shadwell, 81, passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2017, just three months after our Father Clyde Shadwell. She was born on Friday, March 6, 1936 to Clarence Cain and Mary Brockus. Rosa and Clyde were both very kind and loving people who would help anyone and shared with everyone. They worked very hard all their lives so their children, grand children and great grandchildren could have a good life and a roof over their heads. Times were hard back then, but we had what we needed and were raised to respect and also help others in need. They both passed away due to long term illnesses, Dad with Kidney and Congestive Heart failure and Mom with Congestive Heart failure and Cancer. She knew she was sick, but never let anyone know about it. We love and miss them both. May they now rest together and be free from all illnesses and the pain that they both lived with but rarely showed. They are now in their forever home with God, in a place that he alone has prepared for them. In their memory we ask for everyone who reads this to help someone in need and to show kindness to those around us every day, for some day it will be our turn to be with god in his palace in the sky. Amen.Rosa was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three children, Clarence, Judith Ann and Vernon and a great grandson Daniel Snook Junior. She is survived by her two children, James Shadwell (wife Linda) and Paula Shadwell, three grand children, Mike Shadwell, Melissa Shadwell Snook and Colleen Shadwell and seven great-grandchildren.A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2017 from 5-7pm at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W.
