Rooter Vincent, 65, of Bingham, Illinois, passed Friday, October 04, 2019. Rooter was born to Dave , and Evelyn, June 15, 1954 in Bingham, Illinois.

Rooter graduated from Ramsey high school in 1969. He married Virginia in 47, and they lived together in Bingham. Rooter worked at AT&T until he retired in 14.

Rooter is survived by 3 children: Brian, Troy, and Stephanie. He also is survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
