It is with a heavy heart that we bid adieu to Ronja Hannes, who passed away on July 29, 2024. Ronja, a resident of Borkum, Lower Saxony, Germany, was known for her quirky sense of humor and love for life.

Born on April 20, 1969, Ronja lived a life filled with adventures and laughter. She was always the life of the party, bringing joy and light wherever she went. Her infectious smile and witty anecdotes will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

Despite her best efforts, Ronja never settled down and never had any children of her own. But she was a beloved aunt to many, always ready to spoil her nieces and nephews rotten with hugs, laughter, and treats.

Tragically, Ronja's life was cut short by the very place she called home - Borkum. The island's serene beauty may have lulled her into a false sense of security, but alas, it was not enough to protect her from the clutches of fate.
