It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ronalda VanLaningham, who left this world on October 14, 2025. She was born on May 29, 1968, in Washburn, Iowa, United States, to her loving parents Bill and Nora Warren. Ronalda married Scott VanLaningham in 1994 and together they raised two wonderful children, Amber Thorp Thompson and Austin James VanLaningham.

Ronalda was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She adored her family and cherished the time spent with her three grandchildren. Ronalda was a kind and loving soul who always put others before herself.

She attended Waterloo West High School, where she excelled academically and made lifelong friendships. Ronalda had a passion for arts and crafts, and her creativity shone through in all of her projects.

Ronalda will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
