Roland's life was marked by his dedication to serving his country. He proudly served in the Army, where he exhibited bravery and selflessness in his duties. After his honorable discharge, Roland continued to embody the values of loyalty and duty throughout his life.

Outside of his military service, Roland had a passion for golf. He could often be found on the golf course, enjoying the fresh air and camaraderie of the sport. His skill and enthusiasm for the game brought joy to those around him, and he was always eager to share his love of golf with others.

In 1928, Roland married his beloved spouse Zenobia, with whom he shared a deep and enduring love. Together, they raised three children: Kelvin, Vince, and Diane. Roland was a devoted father who instilled in his children the importance of hard work, integrity, and compassion. He was immensely proud of his children and took joy in watching them grow and thrive.

Roland's legacy lives on through his eight grandchildren, whose lives he enriched with his wisdom and love. He cherished each moment spent with his grandchildren, creating lasting memories that they will carry with them always.
