Robert "Bob" William YeadtDelmar-Robert "Bob" William Yeadt died peacefully at home on August 30, 2017 at the age of 89. Bob was born on January 22, 1928 in Staten Island, New York. He was the son of the late William and Eva Bishop Yeadt. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Annie Mae Wilkins Yeadt, and three children; Virginia Seefried (John) of Clayton, NC, Robin Yeadt (Debbie), and Sue Gaidurgis (Perry), both of Delmar, DE. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Michael (Krista), Andrew, Jonathan Seefried, Robert Yeadt (Amanda), Jennifer Libbey (Brad), and Lauren Mitchell (GL), James Dashiell and eight great grandchildren.Bob attended Delmar High School and Goldey-Beacom College. He was an Army veteran that served in Korea. Bob worked as a mechanic at DuPont's in Seaford, DE retiring after 25 years, also was a top poultry grower for Perdue Farms. He had numerous hobbies including piloting his own airplane, ham radio operator, and gardening. Bob was a member of the local VFW in Delmar, The Civil Air Patrol, and the Eastern Shore Region Antique Automobile Club.A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury, MD. The family will be receiving friends one-hour prior. Rev.
