Robert "Bob" BakerEAST FULTONHAM: Robert "Bob" Baker, 89, of East Fultonham, passed away on September 12, 2015. He was born on December 16, 1925 in Harrietsville, Ohio to the late Floyd and Alice Baker. Bob was a
World War IIArmy veteran, member of Muskingum Masonic Lodge #368, member of Uniontown Baptist Church, a stockholder of Lake Isabella and a Fultonham Cemetery Board member. He retired from Columbia Cement Plant after 41 years of service. Bob enjoyed vegetable gardening, sharing his produce with neighbors, friends, and family for many years. He also enjoyed cutting wood and visiting his many helpful neighbors and friends. He is survived by his loving wife Wanda (Hamilton) Baker, whom he married on May 17, 1947; one daughter Marsha (Glen) DeLong; grandchildren, Julie (Kendall) Hill and Chris (Tara) DeLong; great-grandchildren, Kristen and Chase DeLong, Sarah and Rachel Hill; one sister Mary Mahle; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruby Reed and Evelyn Choban. Calling hours will be held from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Wednesday September 16, 2015 at WILLIAM THOMPSON & SON FUNERAL HOME 5765 Gladstone Drive White Cottage. Muskingum Masonic Lodge #368 will conduct services at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday September 16, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday September 17, 2015 at the funeral home with Pastor Mike Queen officiating. Burial will be in Fultonham Cemetery with military honors provided by the Zanesville
VFW Post #1058 and the United States Army.
