River James Rowland was born in Durant, Oklahoma to his mother Chelsea Sluder of Atoka, Oklahoma. He is survived by his mother and father, Chelsea and Troy Riggs of Stockton Kansas, his brothers Joseph Almaguer of Durant, Oklahoma and Gunner Rowland of Stockton Kansas. His Grandparents Julie White, and Teddy Sluder both of Atoka, Oklahoma.
