Richard Morgan, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on March 31, 2025 in Richmond, Kentucky at the age of 53.

Richard was born on February 24, 1972 to Richard Morgan Sr and Shirley Hamblin. He married the love of his life, Sonya Morgan, in 2018. He has one son Cody Morgan (Mimi), two stepchildren Rebekah Gault and Dakota Gault, one grandson Skylar Richardson, and a beloved dog Oliver

Richard had a great sense of humor and a contagious smile that could light up a room. He was known for his love of traveling, antique shopping, motorcycles, and firearms. He always had a story to tell and a joke to make everyone laugh.

Richard studied at M C Napier High School in Hazard, KY and graduated in 1991. After school, he pursued his passions and enjoyed every moment of life to the fullest.

Although Richard is no longer with us, his memory will live on through his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to support cancer research in Richard's honor.
