Richard Lee Isaac, Jr.52, of Indianapolis, passed away on October 5, 2017. He was born on May 6, 1965 in Indianapolis to Richard L. Isaac, Sr. and Phyllis J. Isaac (Gillispie). Richard has been with his wife, Joanna L. Franzmann for 33 years. Throughout his life, Richard held many positions of which his favorites were a police officer for the town of Pittsboro and a driver for Federal Express. Richard is survived by his wife Joanna Isaac; son Austin L. Isaac; brother Gregg (DeAnn) Milliken; mother and father-in-law William and Carolyn Franzmann; brother-in-law Christopher (Cynthia) Franzmann; nephew Jonathon Franzmann; and niece Katie Franzmann. He is preceded in passing by his parents. Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center will be handling the arrangements.
