Richard Woodraska, born on May 13, 1998, tragically passed away on October 29, 2024, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He is survived by his father Michael and mother Marlene, but leaves no children behind. Richard, also known as RJ, was a graduate of Elkton SD High School, class of 2018.

Despite his young age, Richard had a unique and somewhat quirky personality. He enjoyed spending his time beading to pass the time, and he had a peculiar habit of talking on the phone for hours on end. If he couldn't reach one person, he would persistently call others until someone answered.

Unfortunately, Richard's life came to a tragic end when he took his own life at the state prison in Sioux Falls, SD. While we mourn his untimely passing, we cannot help but remember the eccentricities that made Richard who he was.

Rest in peace, RJ. May you find the peace in death that seemed to elude you in life.
