Richard George, 72, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed on March 20, 2022. Richard was born on July 05, 1949 in Hardin County, Kentucky. Residing in Charlestown, Indiana. 

Married to Florence George, they had three children. Ronald George, Donald George, and Angela (Bryan) Sims. Six beautiful grandchildren and more great grandchildren to come. 

Richard loved to fish. Always talked about about going back to Florida and how he always caught the biggest fish. Such a pure soul. Outside of fishing he would work on cars, and drive the wife crazy. 

Anyone that came in contact with Richard would be laughing in no time. He told the silliest of jokes but you couldn't help laughing because he was in tears already from laughing too hard. Which is one side of him that will be greatly missed. Along with his stubbornness. 

Life is always cut too short. Hold you loved ones close, tomorrow is not promised.
