Richard "Dick" E. Ousley, 84Yorktown - Richard "Dick" E. Ousley, age 84, of Yorktown, Indiana passed away on Friday, August 18, 2017 at Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.Mr. Ousley was born on May 8, 1933 in Hippo, Kentucky to Grover and Alice (Moore) Ousley.He honorably served his country in the United States Air Force.He married Betty L. Warrix on September 2, 1960 in Kentucky. She resides in Yorktown.Mr. Ousley owned and operated the Waterloo Aluminum Products for 10 years retiring in 1994. Prior to that Dick worked as a foreman at the Auburn Foundry for 12 years and as a facility manager for Vermont Castings for 5 years.Survivors include: His wife, Betty Ousley of Yorktown, Indiana; son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Kathi Ousley of Muncie, Indiana, son and daughter-in-law; Rick and Suzanne Ousley of College Station, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Barry and Beth Ann Ousley of Syracuse, Indiana; son and daughter-in-law, Dusty and Denise Ousley of Leo, Indiana; 10 grandchildren and their spouses, Ryan Farrell, Justin and Courtney Ousley, Kristin Ousley and her husband Alan Haupert, Tyler Ousley, Charley Ousley, Ethan Ousley, Devin and Randall Stone, Dayne Ousley, Annalise Ousley and Ian Ousley; one great grandchild, Bazle Farrell; brother and sister-in-law, Carlos and Frieda Ousley of Bellview, Ohio; brother and sister-in-law, Clarence and Kathy Ousley of North Carolina; and sister, Annalou Kahnweiler and her companion Bob Rudolph of California.Preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Jerry Ousley.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at the Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 South Wayne Street in Waterloo.Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Feller and Clark Funeral Home in Waterloo. Additional visitation will also be held one hour prior to the service on Wednesday from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Burial will be at the Christian Union Cemetery in Garrett. Officiating the funeral service will be Pastor Ron Stambaugh of the Freewill Baptist Church in Waterloo.Memorials may be directed to the
