Richard Dewayne "Chip" Fair. Son of Rebecca Riley and Richard Fair was born on September 16,1978 in Natchez, Ms. Chip passed at his residence in Gloster, Ms on December 20, 2020. He was the manager of B&B package store in Gloster.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Rollie Anderson. Paternal grandparents Mr. And Mrs Richard Fair. Stepdad Charles Riley and cousins Johnny Johnston and Heath Smith

He is survived by his mother and father. Grandmother granny Anderson. Two sisters Dawn and Sammy, Amanda and Danny. All of Vidalia,La. Four daughters; Macy Bradley, Emily Fair, Alyssa Fair, and Sara Fair. Four sons; Richard \"Rudy\" Fair, Payton Fair, Nickolas Fair, and Bryan Fair. A host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and friends.

Chip was always willing to lend a listening ear and a helping hand. He was a very outgoing person who loved life and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
