We are saddened to announce the passing of Richard "J.W." Cleveland, who left this world on December 22, 2025, at the age of 44. Richard was born on June 7, 1981, in Leoma, Tennessee, to his loving parents Rusty J. Cleveland and Tammy B. Sykes.

J.W. was known for his adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors. He enjoyed traveling with his life partner, Kyle Weaver, and exploring new destinations. One of his favorite pastimes was resorting sailboats and sailing along the TN River, feeling the wind in his hair and the sun on his face.

In addition to his water adventures, Richard was also a fan of water sports and spent many days on the lake with friends and family. He was a nature enthusiast who loved hiking and trail riding with his beloved Boxer, Miss Annie.

Richard will be dearly missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on through the countless stories of his laughter and joy. Although he had no children of his own, Richard leaves behind a legacy of love and friendship that will never be forgotten.
