Richard Root, 48, of Livonia, Michigan, passed away on October 3, 2024. Born on April 13, 1976, Richard was known for his kind heart and infectious laughter. He was best known as a loving father and brother. He was a very dedicated musician, and chef. He loved the Detroit Lions and The Red wings hockey team. He was also a loyal friend, and a beloved member of the community. Richard had a passion for music and could often be found strumming his guitar or singing along to his favorite songs. His love for life was evident in everything he did, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Richard's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
