Richard Dorr, beloved husband of Stella Dorr for 59 years, passed away on May 6, 2025, in his home in Roseville, California. He was born on November 7, 1939.

Richard attended Jurupa Valley High School and graduated in 1956. He went on to serve in the Navy for 12 years as a LCDR in the Divisions unit.

After his military service, Richard ran and owned his own company. Dorr’s Woodwork until his retirement in 2023. He was known for his craftsmanship and passion for woodworking.In his free time, Richard enjoyed being a wood crafter and creating beautiful pieces for his loved ones.

He is survived by his wife Stella Dorr , His two daughters Cheryl Avalos and Christine Hatfield both of Sacramento California his two granddaughters Serena Khathiya and Alahna Khathiya and two precious Great Granddaughters Lové Robinson and I’leiana Robinson. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and will forever leave his legacy and impact behind to anyone who has encountered him.
