It is with heavy hearts the passing of Rebecca Kelly, who was born on July 18, 1945, and peacefully left us on April 27, 2024. She lived in Laplace, Louisiana, United States, with her partner George Lee and their nine beloved children.

Rebecca was a devoted mother to Cozell Kelly (spouse Joann Kelly), Vincent Kelly, Keithen Kelly (spouse Erica Kelly), Anthony Kelly (spouse Kendra Battie), Detroy Kelly (spouse Carla Green), James Kelly (spouse Sheri Kelly), late Chanel Johnson Kelly, late Leon Kelly, and Darryl Braggs (spouse Lisa Braggs). She was also a cherished grandmother to ten grandchildren.

Rebecca dedicated many years to her career as a bus driver for Jefferson Parish before retiring in 2020. In her free time, she loved playing bingo and attending church.

Rebecca will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
