Raymond Long, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on June 3, 2026 in Middleburg Heights, Ohio at the age of 60. He was born on April 6, 1966 to Joseph and Dorothy Long.

In 1989, Raymond married the love of his life, Linda, and together they had three children: Anthony (married to Ashley), Brittany (married to Matt), and Nicholas (married to Megan). Raymond was a loving and devoted father who cherished his family above all else.

Raymond dedicated his life to serving his community as a member of the Cleveland Police force. He worked tirelessly for many years before retiring in 2016. He was a respected member of the force and made a lasting impact on all those he encountered.

Outside of work, Raymond had many hobbies that brought him joy. He loved fishing, hiking, and attending Browns games with his family and friends. He found solace in nature and cherished the time spent outdoors with his loved ones.

A private funeral with close family and friends will be held on June 6, 2026. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Raymond will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and kindness that will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched.

He is survived by his loving wife, children, and grandchildren.
