Ray Miller, a cherished member of the Lock Haven, Pennsylvania community, passed away on July 24, 2026, at the age of 78. Born on April 10, 1948, Ray’s life was marked by dedication, service, and a commitment to those around him.

Ray proudly served in the United States Army, achieving the rank of Sergeant. His time in the military instilled in him values of discipline and leadership, which he carried throughout his life. After his service, Ray continued to exemplify hard work as he took a position at Fedex, where he dedicated many years of his life, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues for his unwavering work ethic and positive attitude.

Ray was a devoted father to Steffani Miller, Matthew Hays, and a loving grandfather to two grandchildren Courtney Miller, Devin Miller. He cherished family gatherings and took immense pride in watching his children and grandchildren grow. Ray was known for his infectious laughter, his ability to tell captivating stories, and his knack for making everyone feel welcome. He had a unique gift for connecting with people.

Throughout his life, Ray was deeply involved in his community. He believed in giving back and often volunteered his time and skills to local organizations that made a difference in the lives of others. His kindness and generosity left a lasting impact on the many lives he touched.

Ray was also an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hiking, and spending time in nature. Many fond memories were made on camping trips and outdoor adventures with friends and family. These moments were a testament to his love for life and the great outdoors.

As we remember Ray Miller, we celebrate his remarkable journey, his strength of character, and his enduring legacy. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1095 Pines Rd, Etters, PA 17319  at 2:00PM- 5:00PM
