Memorial services will be held at a later date at the Ackworth Friends Church. Randall was born on February 17, 1962 in Des Moines, Iowa to Richard and Lucinda Draper. He enjoyed riding his bike with his friend Kelly and going on ragbrai and watching the races on Sunday. Randall is survived by his mother Lucinda of Hartford; children, Randa(Mike)Carnes and Jared Draper of Indianola; sisters, Rosanna Brommel of Des Moines, Roxanna(David)Bednar of St. Charles and Debra McCrea of Des Moines, and 2 grandchildren.
