Ramona C Holbrook-Walls 75 of America Canyon lost her 9 month battle with small cell lung cancer early Thursday morning, October 9. Born December 17, 1938 in Vallejo on Sandy Beach, she attended Vallejo schools; was a American Canyon resident for 28 yrs and Napa resident for 20 yrs. She retired from Family Dr Medical Group after 40 yrs, where she was Dr. Richard D Franks Nurse for 20 yrs. She loved her small businesses, Toni's Golden Image and Running Cup Espresso. She was an avid collector of antiques and loved garage sales, collecting mooses, pelicans, nurse memorabilia, eye glasses and hat pins. She loved the company of her precious Bassett, Abby and her Cockatoos and African Grey as well as the many animals she rescued. She is survived by her husband Richard Walls of American Canyon, son Rick Holbrook and Peggy of Vacaville; daughter Robin Trigg and Donald of Vacaville; step daughters Tami and Diane; step mother, Dorothy Sacullo of Middletown; sisters, Charlene O'Rourke of Vallejo, Susan Conley of Middletown and Bonnie Sousa of Middletown; her aunt, Gloria Dean Monroe of Vancouver, Washington; her grandchildren Christine Boso, Donald Trigg Jr, Bradley Holbrook, Ryanne Holbrook, Kyle Fields and Maryah Trigg, her great granddaughters Makenzey Holbrook and Alina Bullock and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceeded in death by her father, Byron William Warnock and mother, Marjorie Carol Willmott and her children's father Richard Wayne Holbrook. Funeral Services will be held 1 pm Wednesday October 15, 2014 at Tulocay Funeral Home, 411 Coombsville Rd, Napa, Ca. with the Pastor from Wayside Methodist Church of Vallejo officiating. Graveside committal will immediately follow the service. Viewing will be from 10-1pm. A reception in the Tulocay reception center will follow.
